Hunt Design was engaged to produce concepts on a parcel of land adjacent to the existing casino.

The owner of the property saw that an expanded development would support Townsville’s efforts establishing itself as a genuine tourism destination. Hunt envisaged a new 6 star hotel and residential tower with a roof top pool overlooked the Coral Sea and Magnetic Island off the coast. Extensive tropical landscaping would link the tower with private villas, luxury yacht berths and a massive pool on the foreshore.
